You are invited to “Wellness Wednesdays” each week at noon!


What to Expect

The virtual Wellness Wednesday offerings will vary and include such experiences as mindfulness meditations, guided physical exercises, spiritual and religious messages, presentations or mini-workshops, facilitated discussions about drawing on spiritual values and disciplines in difficult times, opportunities to share concerns and hopes with others, the chance to explore and identify specific actions you might take to spiritually ground and sustain yourself through this period of global uncertainty.   We hope to see you!

 Take a break and join us for a few games of virtual bingo this Wednesday at noon!  Research indicates a connection between play and resiliency, allowing us to deal with stressful situations and cope better with unexpected challenges, which we all are currently encountering.

Each game takes around 5 minutes, depending on how many people we have.  We can play however many rounds we want/have time for.

  2. Search for “Spalding Bingo” and use password: SDCL
  3. Since there is no chat feature on the Bingo site, you will need to log on to the GoToMeeting link for Wellness Wednesday https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/213134149 to participate with other members of the SU community (e.g. hear people call numbers and yell BINGO!”)
