How to Wild Invitation

A guided meditation from Dr. Robin From-Tapp

“Deep breathing in a mindful way can induce feelings of wellness. (It feels good.) It can also improve lung function, boost the immune system and reduce feelings of depression and anxiety. This strategy has been used in Eastern medicine for thousands of years. I am happy to be able to share this with you. I hope you find it helpful.”
